Receiving Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:30 am – 3:30 pm.
By Appointment Only for Dock Pick Up

Inspection Receiving: Includes damage inspection service is $24.00 per item.
Standard Receiving: Identify, locate & download into inventory (no damage inspection) is $17.00 per item.
Specialty Receiving:
- Items requiring further packaging by DSG: $44.00 per item.
- Crated or Palletized items: $40.00 per item.
Storage Rates: Storage is billed on a daily basis per cubic foot.
- Floor Storage: $0.027 per cubic foot / day.
- Racked Storage: $0.018 per cubic foot / day.
Dock Pick Up: Warehouse dock pick-ups (by appointment only) are billed at $18.00 per 15-minute increment ($72.00 Minimum Charge).
Valuation: Maximum valuation placed on items in our care is $0.60 cents per pound per article.

Straight time rates apply Mon–Fri, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Rates include fuel, tolls, and supplies.

Standard Labor Rate: $174.00 per hour (Includes 1 Van and 2 Men).
- Minimum Charge: All delivery orders are subject to a $174.00 minimum (includes service to place items in residence).
Additional Labor/Trucks:
- Additional Man: $58.20 per hour.
- Additional Truck: $57.60 per hour.
Overtime Rate: Applied to jobs performed outside standard hours or on Saturdays.
- Overtime is billed at Time & One-Half (approx. $261.00/hr for standard 2-man crew).
Changes & Delays: Day-of changes to appointments (extra on-site work, extended wait times) are billed at an additional $174 per instance.

Hourly Services: The following are billed at $72.00 per man hour:
- Inventory Audit (Customer inspection at warehouse).
- Outbound Shipping Prep (Packaging items for shipment).
Junk Removal: Removal of old furniture starts from $99.00.
Hanging Service: Hang art mirrors and accessories onto walls. Service is included with the delivery fee.
Materials & Repairs: Item purchases and authorized furniture repairs are billed at the estimated amount.
Photography: Digital photos sent via email are Free.
